Schedule A (see Quick Links at right). It is our policy
that any advertisements of a King Technology product listed
on this schedule
must not be below
the MAP price for that product listed in the schedule.
This policy applies to all resellers of the specified products.
KTI has adopted this policy to protect
and strengthen our well-known FROG® brand, and to encourage
our dealers to provide services commensurate with the reputation
for quality and goodwill our customers associate with our
products.

Please do not advise KTI of dealers or resellers
in possible violation of this policy.
